Traditional Thai Massage
The full session. Body, energy, spirit.
The two-hour session is traditional Thai Massage in its complete form. This is where most people start, and it's the session I recommend if you've never received this work before.
Two hours is how long the body takes to actually slow down. The first half hour is arrival: the breath deepens, the shoulders let go, the nervous system understands there is no rush. Only after that does the deeper work begin.
I work the whole body, head to toe, on a futon and in comfortable clothes. No oil. Combining pressure along the energy lines (sen) with passive yoga-inspired stretches, joint mobilization, and spinal decompression.
At the end there is integration time in silence. The body needs that space to absorb what happened, and that part matters as much as the massage itself.

The session has five movements.
Opening
I offer you a relaxing tea. We talk for a few minutes so I can get to know you, your health history, and walk you through what we're about to do. We build a space of trust and safety.
Connection and Intention
You lie down comfortably. I guide you through deep, complete breathing that prepares the body for the work ahead. I energize the space with incense and perform a minute of meditation, awakening the compassionate, healing energy that runs through the whole practice.
The Massage
On the futon, with traditional music. Passive yoga-inspired stretches, rhythmic pressure, conscious touch on the energy points. The touch is firm and meditative, taking the body to a deep state of release. Head to toe, with specific focus on what each body needs.
Integration and Silence
At the end, the body rests in stillness to absorb the work. Energy reorganizes. The nervous system enters deep restorative rest.
Closing
We talk about how it went. Sensations, emotions, what came up. I give you feedback on your physical and energetic state, with extra tips you can apply day to day.

About this session.
Isn't two hours too long for a massage? +
It's the time the tradition asks for. Most massages in Brazil last an hour because an hour fits neatly into the schedule of someone selling sessions as a product, one client after another. In Thailand, two and three-hour sessions are the standard. Traditional Thai Massage travels whole energy lines, sustains stretches, mobilizes joints one by one. That doesn't fit into an hour without cutting corners.
Do I need to undress? +
No. The session happens in comfortable clothes, cotton or leggings, on a futon. I don't use oil. Many people prefer it this way, precisely because there's none of that exposed feeling.
How is this different from the three-hour immersive session? +
In the two-hour session I work the whole body with depth and still leave integration time. The three-hour immersion adds room to sustain each stretch longer, return to areas that asked for more attention during the work itself, and stretch out the silence at the end. One isn't a shortened version of the other: they're two different formats. If it's your first time, two hours is usually the better starting point.
Does it hurt? +
The touch is firm, but this isn't a session about pain. I work in the range where the body can surrender rather than defend itself, because tension created by pain works against the session. You can tell me at any point if something is too intense, and I make the adjustments right there.
How often can I come back? +
It depends a lot on where each person is. People working through long-held tension tend to get more out of closer sessions at first, every week or two, spacing out as the body responds. People coming for maintenance usually settle into a monthly rhythm. In the closing conversation I'll tell you what makes sense for your case.
Maybe another one fits you better.
