Immersive Thai Massage
Three hours. The whole practice, with nowhere to be.
Three hours is the format closest to what I learned in Thailand. There, long sessions are the standard and not the exception. The work is slow by nature, and time is part of the technique.
The difference from the two-hour session isn't simply one more hour of massage. With three hours, there's room to travel the energy lines completely, to sustain each stretch for as long as the body asks rather than as long as the clock allows, to return to an area that asked for more attention halfway through, and still leave a wide space for integration at the end.
It's also the session where silence fits. In shorter sessions, integration is a moment. Here it becomes a whole part of the work.
I recommend the immersion for people who have received Thai Massage before and want to go deeper, and for anyone on holiday in Itacaré with a free afternoon who wants to use all of it.

The session includes

- ✓ Integration time in silence at the end, for the body to absorb
- ✓ Closing conversation with feedback on your physical and energetic state
- ✓ Day-to-day recommendations based on what came up in the session
- ✓ WhatsApp follow-up over the next days if you're interested
The session has five movements.
Opening
I offer you a relaxing tea. We talk for a few minutes so I can get to know you, your health history, and walk you through what we're about to do. We build a space of trust and safety.
Connection and Intention
You lie down comfortably. I guide you through deep, complete breathing that prepares the body for the work ahead. I energize the space with incense and perform a minute of meditation, awakening the compassionate, healing energy that runs through the whole practice.
The Massage
On the futon, with traditional music. Passive yoga-inspired stretches, rhythmic pressure, conscious touch on the energy points. The touch is firm and meditative, taking the body to a deep state of release. Head to toe, with specific focus on what each body needs.
Integration and Silence
At the end, the body rests in stillness to absorb the work. Energy reorganizes. The nervous system enters deep restorative rest.
Closing
We talk about how it went. Sensations, emotions, what came up. I give you feedback on your physical and energetic state, with extra tips you can apply day to day.

About this session.
Isn't three hours of massage tiring? +
It usually feels like the opposite of tiring, because none of it is active effort on your part. You receive. What most people describe is that time passes strangely, without the usual sense of the clock. If at any point the body asks for a pause, we pause. There's no mandatory script.
Is it worth the price difference over the two-hour session? +
It's worth it if what you want is depth and time, not if you simply want to know the technique. For a first Thai Massage, the two-hour session already delivers the complete work and is the better starting point. The immersion makes more sense once you know how your body responds and want to go further, or when you have a free afternoon and want to use all of it. You're not paying for one more hour of massage: you're investing so the work can happen without a single cut.
Can I ask for focus on a specific area? +
Yes, and across three hours that works especially well. I travel the whole body either way, but there's time left to give more attention to whatever is asking for it, whether that's hips, shoulders, spine, or legs. We set that in the opening conversation.
Do I need to have had Thai Massage before? +
It isn't required. Some people start straight with the immersion and do very well. But if you've never received this work, the two-hour session is usually a more comfortable start, because you get to know the practice before setting aside a whole afternoon for it.
How should I plan my day? +
Keep the three hours genuinely free, with nothing scheduled right after. Come on a light stomach, at least two hours after your last meal. And if you can, avoid planning anything that demands heavy concentration for the rest of the day: the body tends to ask for a slower pace after a long session.
Maybe another one fits you better.
